Brokerage Servicing (valid since December 1, 2004)

When an application is being performed via Interfax Direct systems of Internet Trading additional commission for one performed application is 6 RU., but not more than 240 RU. a day.

Day turnover on bonds is calculated without ACI.

Execution of unsecured commissions (Transactions in credit)

Crediting is performed with 0.04% interest rate from attracted resources volume for every calendar day (carried forward).

Depositary Servicing

Charges for the depo account service (in case of flows on depo account during a quarter) 1,000 RU. in a quarter.

Write-off of securities from depo account (not connected with the execution of transaction on the Trade commission of the Customer, based on the Agreement on brokerage services rendering at securities markets) — 600 RU. for every write-off of every issuer during a working day.

Incumbrance of securities with liabilities:

0.05% of the pawning sum if this sum does not exceed 30,000,000 (Thirty million) rubles, but not less than 3,000 (three thousand) rubles
0.01% of the pawning sum if this sum exceeds 30,000,000 (Thirty million) rubles.

Acquisition, estimation and remittance of revenues on securities as well as monetary assets acquired as securities paying off in a sum exceeding 10,000 rubles — 100 rubles for each paying off.

Asset Management

20% of the net growth of Customer's assets
